This is a soft-cover 1995 LAND ATLAS & PLAT BOOK (see picture) of EATON COUNTY, MICHIGAN, published by Rockford Map Publishers of Rockford, Illinois. This plat book, 58 pages in length, provides maps of the cities and townships of Eaton County, as well as an index of property owners. There are lots of local advertisements, too. This book is clean and intact, exhibiting little wear or creasing from handling and storage over the past 28 years. There appears to be no handwriting in the book. It would make a nice addition to your own collection, or it would make a wonderful gift for that Eaton County resident, historian, or vintage publication collector in your life! Postage is $4.00. This is a 1987 soft-cover book (see picture), entitled INDIANS, nicely SIGNED by author and syndicated columnist Rick Steber. This book, 58 pages in length, was an official product of the 1993 OREGON TRAIL CELEBRATION and it is the third book in the Tales of the Wild West Series. Its several short chapters include the Whitman Massacre, Billy Chinook, Indian Gambling, and the Coat-Of-Many-Colors. This book is clean and intact, exhibiting light wear and creasing from handling and storage over the past 36 years. Except for the signature on the title page, there appears to be no handwriting in the book. This book would make a nice addition to your own collection, or it would make a wonderful gift for that Indian enthusiast, Oregon Trail historian, or signed book collector in your life!
