Auguste Petit 1884 leather binding of Nouveau Testament 1878 with gold doublures
The the binding is externally simple with wear as shown, but the doublures are in excellent shape as shown. All edges gilt. Stamped in gold 8 Mai 1884, presumably the date the binding was completed, and Rocher 26 F S. Honore.
