Shugert, in the Clerk’s Office of the Western District of Pennsylvania 446 pages, hardcover Poor condition: Spine is coming apart, there are pages loose from binding, discoloration spots on pages throughout, a few ripped pages, cover is worn, names written on blank pages in front and back of book and the top of a few other pages, outer edges of pages are worn. It still is a readable copy, and good for its age. Complete-seems to be no missing pages
