This is a soft-cover 2014 book (see picture) entitled A HISTORY OF ALMA COLLEGE: WHERE PLAID AND PRIDE PREVAIL, written by Gordon Beld and David McMacken. Alma College is a small private college located in ALMA, MICHIGAN. The book, 191 pages and 23 chapters in length, chronicles the history of Alma College--from the 1886 beginnings of the college to the War years and Greek life. There are lots of black and white pictures, too. This book is clean and intact, exhibiting little wear or creasing from handling and storage over the past 9 years. Except for the words "Compliments of Alma College" on the title page, there appears to be no handwriting in the book. Original retail price was $19.99. It would make a nice addition to your own collection, or it would make a wonderful gift for that Alma College enthusiast, Michigan historian, or history book collector in your life! Postage is $4.00. And, of course I'll combine postage on multiple purchases. Sorry, NO international shipping. Be sure to check the other items in my eBay store, too!
